Our BBQ style
At The Iron Pig Smokehouse, we specialize in Texas-style BBQ, which means we use a dry rub and slow-smoke our meats over cherry wood for up to 16 hours. This creates a crispy bark on the outside and a juicy, tender inside. We also offer a variety of homemade sauces to complement our meats.
Catering menu
Smokehouse sandwiches include buns, slaw, beans and BBQ sauce. Pickup catering starts at $12 per person; on-site events start at $29 per person. Every order gets a quote.
