Company picnics at the Lakeside Pavilion
Gather your team at the Lakeside Pavilion, across the street from Otsego Lake. A full BBQ buffet with our cherry-wood smoked brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs and more, plus classic sides and fixings (coleslaw, baked beans, cornbread, mac & cheese, and seasonal options). Flexible timing for half-day or full-day events, and we handle setup, service and teardown.
Add-ons: team-building games (cornhole tournaments, sauce-making challenges), pitmaster demos, AV equipment, live music, or a photo booth.
Off-site catering & delivery
Can't make it to the pavilion? We'll bring the smoke to you. Choose drop-off, full-service buffet, or plated options for office lunches and meetings, parking-lot or park picnics, team-building events at your location, and indoor corporate gatherings.
48-hour notice for most catering orders. We deliver throughout the Gaylord area and beyond.
